- The trainee is in good mental and physical condition.
- The trainee is able to swim 50m and run 500m
- Medical certificate that testify that the trainee are physically and mentally capable to practice canyoning activities. It has to be issued less than three months prior to the training course.
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- The trainee is informed that he has to completed the CA1-2-3 E-learning pre-training course
During the ICOpro CA123 course all canyoning equipment is provided and the use is included in the price. At the end of the course there will be an opportunity to purchase equipment.

Note: Trainees are welcome to bring their own equipment if preferred. It must be according to the gear list that gets discussed in the pre-course E-learning. All personal equipment will be checked by the instructor before the course starts.
This course runs with 4 to 6 participants and with 1 or 2 instructors. The content may vary slightly depending on the participants and weather conditions.
